In 42 days Koebcke produced the complete documentation for the plan approval procedure (PAP) for the expansion of Frankfurt airport. 39,000 files with more than 11 million pages and 520,000 blueprints were produced and delivered on time and without errors. Koebcke's networking of the business areas data management, digital printing and archiving was the edge that won allocation of the job. Koebcke took the data from Fraport AG, checked it for consistency, printed blueprints and documents, compiled 290 CD sets each of 18 CDs and organised the logistics needed to distribute the data to Frankfurt.This was not Koebcke's first project of the kind: We provided similar services in the run-up to the regional planning procedure for the Frankfurt am Main airport and in preparation for the plan approval procedure for the construction of the Berlin-Brandenburg International (BBI) airport.
