Renovation of the State Library in Berlin: Koebcke also involved in work on the Unter den Linden building. Responsible for data management as well as digital printing. 05.08.2005 Koebcke GmbH from Berlin has been given responsibility by the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning for quality assurance in the field of planning management during renovation work on the State Library building on Unter den Linden. In the wake of its successful presentation at the relevant competition the company has also taken on responsibility for digital printing during this stage of the building work. The decisive factor in the award of the contract was the competitive quotation the company submitted for digital printing and the use of a web-based project space. Working in close cooperation with the project controller, DU Diederichs Projektmanagement, Koebcke GmbH will ensure that up-to-date plans are available to the construction companies both in file form and as hard copies. The State Library building on Unter den Linden is undergoing complete renovation, during which asbestos is being removed.
