19.01.2006 Koebcke GmbH has been certified by TÜV Rheinland Berlin-Brandenburg quality management for the eighth time in a row, putting it in a unique position in its field.  The further validity of the certificate issued in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 was confirmed by TÜV auditor Richard Habicht. "The quality management system operated by Koebcke GmbH is fully in line with the new process-oriented standard", Habicht said, praising the successful outcome of the audit. "The standard requires a performance measurement system, which Koebcke fulfils in exemplary fashion thanks to its integrated annual, divisional and personal targets".Ever since it was first certified in 1998, Koebcke GmbH has attached the utmost importance to consistently meeting the stringent requirements of the quality management system. In the words of managing director Melanie Hübel, "We employ this standard in all our orders and projects. This means not only that we can provide our customers with excellent services and products at all times, but also that our staff are in a position to assume considerable personal responsibility, which is a great source of motivation". This was confirmed by the TÜV auditor who, after the inspection was over, had special praise for the readiness to communicate and remarkable commitment shown by all the staff. Hübel herself regards the quality management system as a valuable marketing tool. It is increasingly becoming an indispensable instrument in building up international business relations and participation in public tenders.
