The quality of our products is of premier importance to us, and is an integral part of the service solutions we offer our customers. We have committed ourselves to a continuous process of improvement, which includes the recognition and avoidance of sources of error. Our main tasks in this respect are training and motivating our staff as well as raising awareness. We see customer satisfaction as the most important factor in our success. Koebcke received its first certification from the TÜV Rheinland Berlin-Brandenburg in 1998. Our quality management system is tested every year in routine surveillance visits and certificate renewal audits - with positive results. In 2003 we faced a new challenge: the conversion of the previous standard to the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. By now our quality management system were certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and for the 12th time in a row in 2009.
