- The company establishes itself in the market and develops a presence in Berlin as a significant specialist and competitor, thanks to its diverse range of services and high quality
1976 - Purchase of a COM system (Computer Output on Microfilm) for writing large amounts of computer data on microfiches
- Establishment of data-informatic Berlin GmbH and expansion of business premises
1980 - First combined data capture and archiving job received (from the Kraftverkehrsamt Berlin). Pilot project in Germany
- Turnover of more than one million deutschmarks
1981 - Koebcke is the first service provider in Germany to offer printing on demand
- Electronic composition, layout and design as modifications in the preprinting stage to facilitate printing independent of print runs. Our goal was and is to produce current reports, catalogues, books and operating instructions rapidly and cost-effectively
1984 - Company form changed to a limited company (GM) Takeover and integration of data-informatic by Koebcke GmbH
1990 - Independent company established in Potsdam
1991 - Independent company established in Leipzig
1992 - Koebcke wins its largest-ever archiving job (data capture and microfilm), from the Germany national pensions agency (BfA) in partnership with KODAK AG. Pilot project in Germany
1993 - First documentation of construction blueprints, with the aid of various software and auxiliary service
1994 - Takeover of Mikrofilm Potsdam GmbH as a dedicated archiving specialist
- Koebcke develops its own software for information and document management (EDMS®), to increase information accessibility and efficiency. This is a powerful organisation tool for managing construction projects. The main tasks of the soft ware are centralised capture, management, information, documentation, distribution and archiving. It was designed predominantly to help reduce costs by increasing consistency, centralisation, integrity and progress control
1995 - Koebcke GmbH in Potsdam merges with Mikrofilm GmbH
- Branch opened in Berlin-Schönefeld
1997 - Koebcke develops its own construction site offices for processing and issuing data, files and documents for large-scale construction projects
1998 - Branch opened in Berlin-Treptow by insourcing from Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG
2002 - Insourcing office opened in Hamburg to support construction projects
- Koebcke makes a successful bid for the internationally tendered project for the expansion of the Frankfurt/Main airport and that for the expansion of the Berlin-Schönefeld airport
2004 - Branch opened in Essen
- The largest job so far is won: To run in-house printing facilities for the German Bundestag and Bundesrat, level of investment € 1.6 million
- The next generation takes over company management

2005 - Foundation of the Koebcke Middle East LLC in Dubai
