  • Takeover of Mikrofilm Potsdam GmbH as a dedicated archiving specialist
  • Koebcke develops its own software for information and document management (EDMS®), to increase information accessibility and efficiency. This is a powerful organisation tool for managing construction projects. The main tasks of the soft ware are centralised capture, management, information, documentation, distribution and archiving. It was designed predominantly to help reduce costs by increasing consistency, centralisation, integrity and progress control

  • Koebcke GmbH in Potsdam merges with Mikrofilm GmbH
  • Branch opened in Berlin-Schönefeld

 
1997
 
  • Koebcke develops its own construction site offices for processing and issuing data, files and documents for large-scale construction projects

 
1998
 
  • Branch opened in Berlin-Treptow by insourcing from Dyckerhoff & Widmann AG

  • Insourcing office opened in Hamburg to support construction projects
  • Koebcke makes a successful bid for the internationally tendered project for the expansion of the Frankfurt/Main airport and that for the expansion of the Berlin-Schönefeld airport

  • Branch opened in Essen
  • The largest job so far is won: To run in-house printing facilities for the German Bundestag and Bundesrat, level of investment € 1.6 million
  • The next generation takes over company management
