March 2003 - March 2005  The most up-to-date multi-purpose arena in Europe was constructed in Düsseldorf within twenty months, on the site of the levelled Rheinstadion. Walter Bau AG together with DYWIDAG were the general contractors for the project.Koebcke provided a comprehensive concept integrating data management, digital printing and archiving. Our bid was accepted principally due to our approach of engaging with the project along the entire value creation chain. Using EDMS®, just under 29,000 blueprints were distributed around 725,000 times, 73% in digital and 27% in analogue form. Information and documents were available for all those involved - correct, complete and process-specific, thanks to the integration of construction portal with service. Process handling was be improved, adherence to scheduling and speed were both be increased, contributing to reductions in time and costs.
